Transformkids for Busy Mums : 4 weeks Family Fit and Healthy group online workshop we are  going to help you make little tweaks that will change your families lifestyle for a happier, fitter and healthier family.

We are not talking about getting a six pack abs, there are enough programmes that promise that!

We are talking about making small practical and achievable permanent changes that will lead to a healthier and happier family: glowing skin, a family bursting with energy, happiness and content, kids with confidence in choosing healthy habits; and maybe even the husband too


In that time you will get 4 sessions with Arriane Eva Morrin who is a Child Obesity Prevention & Intervention Specialist.  In addition there will be lots of valuable and timely (we will not spam you) emails that give you exercise, recipes, juices, supplement tips and print outs all to help you and your family make little tweaks.  We understand that for busy mums to have a sustainable change in lifestyle, it's not about a transformation that is unobtainable and even unsustainable.  It's about little tweaks that are realistic to incorporate into your families life that stick, and have an everlasting impact on your family.

Dates: Saturday 24th June, and the 1st, 8th and 15th July 2017 all @19:00 GMT, 20:00 CET and 15:00 EST.

All session are planned for 1 hour, starting at 19:00 GMT, 20:00 CET and 15:00 EST. Transformkids for Busy Mums is a fun interactive online workshop where you will discover Easy and Practical Ways to improve your family’s Health and Well-being.  We have taken our successful 12  week program for kids and condensed into 4 weeks to help mums  kick start a change in their families habit habit.

Transformkids is an online programme created by AEM Health and Fitness_kids. At AEM Health and Fitness, we take children’s health very seriously. We have been awarded “Best Family Health and Fitness Initiative West London” for three years in row by AI.


AEM health and Fitness_Kids works with parents to improve their children’s wellbeing and help prevent any serious diseases.

We've learnt the most effective ways to engage parents in this task through fun, interactive online workshop for busy mums/parents. You will get Transformkids Parent Toolkit packed with fun and useful tools for the success of this programme.
